Update without comics
Update the front page with what you've been drawing that ISN'T the comic, and leave short blog posts to keep people interested. This will keep traffic steady instead of putting it in a constant decline.
I mean unless you want the forum to die indirectly, wasting the money the people here spent on it.

you would have to be pretty dumb to deny the comic affects forum traffic. You all either a) started posting here because you read the comic or b) started posting here because you were introduced to this forum by somebody who read the comic.
